With TEXTBLUE Translator, Call Takers, in any PSAP connected to the Text Control Center (TCC), can invoke an automated language translation assistant that provides translation for both inbound and outbound messages.

Using both Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Natural Language Processing (NLP), TEXTBLUE MIM gives Supervisors a new tool to dynamically route calls based upon location or key phrase.
